What we expect from you

To get the most out of your treatment sessions, we ask that:

  • You attend all your sessions. (Our text SMS service can remind you of your sessionĀ each week).
  • You let us know at least 48 hours (two days) in advance if you need to cancel your session.
  • You attend your sessions on time.
  • You carry out work to do with your treatment between sessions.
  • You fill in questionnaires about your problems at each session so that you and your therapist can measure your progress.
  • You let us know before the session if you want to stop coming.
