Helping you to feel better quickly

Our courses can help you to start feeling better straight away by giving you information about depression and anxiety and showing you useful techniques to help you overcome your problems. You won’t have to speak in front of others if you don’t want to, members of our friendly team will lead the way by giving talks about depression and anxiety which explain how to deal with them. All you have to do is go to each meeting, listen to the talks, and then practice what you’ve learnt at home.

We currently run the following courses:

Skills for Wellbeing Course

Looks at helping you learn the skills and techniques to manage and improve mood and reduce stress and anxiety.  For more details click HERE

Stress control

Looks briefly at a range of topics, including: relaxation; facing your fears;  panic management; getting a good night’s sleep; general physical and mental wellbeing. For more details click HERE

Where and when?

Talk Liverpool’s courses run regularly throughout the year at a range of venues near you. They take place in both the daytime and evenings (see timetable below) and are usually held weekly for up to 2 hours. You can expect to attend between 4 and 8 meetings per course.
