Due to the evolving situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and government advice around social distancing, we are temporarily cancelling the running of our Wellbeing courses. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this is to ensure the continued physical wellbeing of both patients and staff alike. For patients who are currently on a course or on a waiting list we will be in contact shortly to discuss alternative arrangements. For patients thinking of referring into the service, your clinician will discuss available treatments during your assessment.

Helping you to feel better quickly

Our courses can help you to start feeling better straight away by giving you information about depression and anxiety and showing you useful techniques to help you overcome your problems. You won’t have to speak in front of others if you don’t want to, members of our friendly team will lead the way by giving talks about depression and anxiety which explain how to deal with them. All you have to do is go to each meeting, listen to the talks, and then practice what you’ve learnt at home.

Looks at helping you learn the skills and techniques to manage and improve mood and reduce stress and anxiety.  For more details click HERE

Where and when?

Talk Liverpool’s courses run regularly throughout the year at a range of venues near you. They take place in both the daytime and evenings (see timetable below) and are usually held weekly for up to 2 hours. You can expect to attend between 4 and 8 meetings per course.
