Online therapy

Take control over your low mood and anxiety

We offer a range of treatment programmes that you can use online – either at one of our local venues, or at home.

Our online programmes use a therapy called cognitive behavioural therapy – CBT for short. Our computerised CBT can help you to take control over depression, sleep problems, anxiety and stress.

The CCBT programmes we offer

  • Silvercloud Health: A six to eight week programme, structured to support clients with low mood, mild depression, anxiety/worry, and stress.
  • Sleepio: a six week programme, structured to support clients with non-depression/anxiety related sleeping difficulties.

A member of our experienced team will help you to use the online programme, and will support you to make progress.
